ABOUT US
Eye of Rah Beauty Academy is a purposeful school with principles of empathy, determination, and compassion. EORBA is a platform to promote convenience for individuals aspiring to become Braiders, Natural hairstylists, and Beauty industry business owners. Our class fees are cost-effective and designed to be affordable to all those that desire to build techniques and knowledge related to braiding, natural hair, hair safety, sanitation, and other beauty industry components. We accept sponsorship for those enduring hardship and eager to acquire education from EORBA.
Specifications
What we offer here at EOBA are different beauty avenues that could lead to entrepreneurship starting as young as 9yrs old. Some of the classes that could be taken: Braiding Boot Camp, a start-up Press On Nail Business, Lash Certification, Let's Loc Together starter loc and upkeep, Feed-In Frenzy, and our main class is Braiding Certification. The Braiding Certification requires 16hrs of Health and Sanitation to become a registered braider with the state. We split the hours, 8hrs are online and 8 are in-person. In the in-person class, we teach up-to-date braiding styles to help find their strengths towards the end of class. We also offer virtual classes!
For school-age kids, we will host Braiding Boot Camp for 4wks every other month (on Saturdays). We also will host a 1-week Young Entrepreneurs Boot Camp during the summer for girls. They will learn different Beauty Skills as well as social and Life Skills each day.
